Tour Plan

Day 1: Fly from Zanzibar – Game Drive at Tarangire National Park
Early in the morning (6:00 am, pick-up from your Zanzibar hotel), our driver will take you to the
airport for your 8:00 am flight to Arusha. Upon arrival at 9:15 am, meet your Beulah Tours and
Safaris driver-guide and head to Tarangire National Park (approx. 1.5 hrs).
Famous for its huge elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife, Tarangire offers
an authentic safari atmosphere. Watch for lions stalking prey, leopards resting in the acacia trees,
and a variety of antelope and birdlife.
Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and continue your game drive until 4:00 pm. Later, drive to
your lodge in Karatu for relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.
Main Destination: Tarangire National Park

Day 2: Karatu – Southern Serengeti (Ndutu) – Wildebeest Calving Season
After breakfast, set out for the Ndutu area in Southern Serengeti, the heart of the wildebeest
calving season. From late January to March, more than 400,000 calves are born, creating an
extraordinary wildlife spectacle as predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the
abundance of prey.
Spend the day on game drives, soaking in the vast plains dotted with wildebeest, zebras, giraffes,
and elephants. Picnic lunch inside the park. In the evening, return to camp for relaxation, dinner,
and overnight.
Main Destination: Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)
Accommodation: Tanzania Bush Camps Ndutu Mobile Camp (Mid-range tented camp
bordering the park)

Day 3: Full-Day Game Drive – Southern Serengeti (Ndutu)
Wake up early for another full day of exploration in Ndutu, following the wildebeest herds and
their newborn calves. Witness unforgettable predator-prey interactions, as big cats and
scavengers roam the plains.
Packed lunch will be served in the park, while dinner and overnight await you back at camp.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Flight Back to Zanzibar
After an early breakfast, drive to the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, the largest unbroken
caldera in the world. Descend into the crater for a game drive, where you may encounter black
rhinos, lions, buffaloes, elephants, zebras, wildebeests, and flamingos around Lake Magadi.
After a picnic lunch inside the crater, you will head back to Arusha Airport for your 4:30 pm
flight to Zanzibar. Arrive in Zanzibar at 5:45 pm, where our driver will transfer you to your hotel
for dinner and relaxation.
