Booking Terms for Viaggio Tanzania

1. Reservation & Deposit

A booking is confirmed once Viaggio receives a 40% deposit of the total trip price and sends written confirmation. The remaining 60% is paid in cash on arrival in Tanzania, before the safari begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Payment

Prices are quoted in USD, unless otherwise stated. Bank charges, card/payment-provider fees, or currency-conversion costs are the responsibility of the traveller where applicable.

3. Confirmation of Services

Your booking is confirmed only after Viaggio has verified availability and issued a written booking confirmation. Accommodation and other services are subject to availability until confirmed.

4. Changes to Your Trip

We will do our best to accommodate requested changes. Changes may result in additional costs if suppliers have already been booked or charged. Any additional cost will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation charges depend on how close the cancellation is to the trip start date and on non-refundable supplier costs. Please see our Cancellation Policy for the applicable terms.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Viaggio

If Viaggio must make a significant change to your confirmed itinerary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and work with you on an appropriate alternative. Where Viaggio cancels a trip for reasons within its control, we will provide the applicable refund or alternative arrangement in accordance with our terms.

7. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, baggage, and other relevant travel risks.

8. Passports, Visas & Health Requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, permits, and other documents required for their journey. Viaggio can provide general guidance but cannot guarantee entry or visa approval.

9. Park Fees & Government Charges

National park fees, conservation fees, concession fees, taxes, and other government or authority charges included in your quotation are based on the applicable rates at the time of booking. If mandatory government or park charges change after booking, the applicable additional cost may be passed to the traveller with prior notice.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By paying the deposit, the traveller confirms that they have read and accepted Viaggio's Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy.
